Add, deactivate or merge members

Add someone directly

On People → Members choose + Add member. Use it for people without an account yet, then give their family a claim code so they can take over the record.

Someone leaves

Open them, choose Edit, then Deactivate. They drop off rosters and messages, but their advancement, attendance and payment history stay. Restore brings them back exactly as they were, roles and family included.

Duplicate records

Open the record to keep, choose Merge a duplicate, and pick the other one. Sign-ups, attendance, forms, payments and advancement move over, and sign-offs keep the leader who actually signed them. Merging can't be undone.

Scout turns 18

Members flags Scouts who turned 18. Open them and choose Convert to adult leader.
