Positions and access
Access comes from positions. Each position has a set of abilities you control.
For: AdminsPeople → Positions & access lists your troop's positions (Scoutmaster, Treasurer, Advancement Chair and so on) and what each one can do: manage members, see private details, record health forms, view or manage money, manage events, edit the website, and more.
- Open a position to change its abilities.
- Assign people to it. Their access changes right away.
- Every change is written to the Activity log with who made it.
Good to know: A troop always keeps at least one admin; the last one can't be removed. Keep two so nobody gets locked out.
